Honeywell trained installers based in the Netherlands and Belgium are eligible for the programme. If you are eligible you will be specifically invited by Honeywell to take part in the programme.

If you leave your employment you will no longer be able to register products for extended warranty however the warranty for those products you have registered will continue to be honoured for the installer you were employed by.

If you start employment with a new business and are eligible you will be invited to register under the new business name.

If you have forgotten your password, please go to the login page and click on ‘Forgotten Password’. Enter the email address registered to your account and you will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please check your junk and spam folders for this email and use the password reset link within the 24 hours.

When resetting your password, please ensure to follow the below criteria otherwise this will not be accepted:

  • Minimum of 8 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase character
  • At least 1 lowercase character
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 symbol (please note that . and - are not classified as symbols on the system so please avoid using these)


My Claims

Once you have submitted your request for extended warranty we will review it and aim to approve within 5 working days. You will be notified once your request has been approved or declined, you will receive a printable confirmation of your extended warranty and your local Resideo sales person will be notified.

Including the following information:

  • Company name
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Product name which belongs to the warranty claim
  • Mac Id address on the product.

On receipt we will be in touch to help

Please let us know if this happens by emailing loyalty@resideo.com, we can decline your claim and allow you to resubmit it so long as we are made aware.

Yes. Corporate Rewards and Resideo will only use this data for the purposes of the extended warranty programme, it will not be shared with any third parties. All data, once received, is stored encrypted and deleted within 6 months of the end of the programme.
